After working for a decade in corporate sales, I found myself immersed in the influencer world. I was playing manager for myself, navigating this newfound success. I slowly began helping my creator friends land dream partnerships and eventually extended my expertise by creating a brand partnership course for influencers.
I quickly recognized that while influencers were struggling to land and negotiate their own deals, they were also hesitant to sign with an agency. I was determined to change the narrative and carve out a space where influencers feel seen, heard, and nurtured while building their career.
Driven by my own experience and a desire to empower other women, I established MTM Influence. Equipped with firsthand knowledge of the influencer market, I am committed to creating a unique agency experience and providing brands with meaningful partnerships.
